In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk32", "we", "us", "our" refers to the company operating the pk32 platform under an international gaming license and accessible at pk32.bet.
• "Platform" means the pk32 website at pk32.bet, including all casino games, the sportsbook, account management features, and any related mobile-optimised services.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk32 platform in any capacity.

Headings in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

By accessing the pk32 platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on pk32.bet, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Your continued use of the pk32 platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. pk32 will notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account.

If you are accessing pk32 on behalf of a third party, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms & Conditions and that the third party satisfies all eligibility requirements set out herein. Personal account sharing or third-party play is, however, strictly prohibited under Clause 10.

To register and maintain an active pk32 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk32 enforces a strict 21+ policy across the entire platform with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated systems, and agents acting on behalf of third parties may not register player accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether issued by pk32 or any other licensed gaming operator — that remains in effect at the time of registration or continued use.

Age Verification: pk32 conducts mandatory KYC verification on all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal request and on a risk-based basis at other points in the account lifecycle. Verification documents accepted include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts where age verification fails or cannot be completed will have withdrawal facilities suspended until verification is successfully completed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or inaccurate information.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on pk32 at any time. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

KYC Documentation: pk32 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Standard documents requested include:

• Proof of Identity: Valid CNIC, passport, or national identity document bearing a photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, bank card, or other payment method used to fund your pk32 account.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified in pk32's request will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities until the verification is completed. pk32 may extend the KYC request period at its discretion where circumstances warrant.

You are responsible for keeping your account information current. You must notify pk32 support at [email protected] of any change to your registered details promptly. pk32 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Deposits: pk32 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and USDT TRC20. Supported PKR payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, and SadaPay. All deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR at the prevailing rate applicable at the time of transaction. pk32 does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits are processed on a real-time or near-real-time basis, subject to confirmation from the relevant payment network. pk32 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers or network congestion. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be adjusted by pk32 from time to time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that have been used to deposit funds into your pk32 account or that have been approved through the KYC process. pk32 processes withdrawal requests on verified accounts on a same-business-day basis where requests are submitted before the applicable daily processing cut-off time.

• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are published on the pk32 withdrawals page.
• pk32 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems high-value or unusual in pattern.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• pk32 is not liable for withdrawal delays caused by the recipient payment provider.

Currency: All account balances, wagers, and winnings are denominated in PKR unless you have elected to use a USDT wallet, in which case USDT conversion rates apply as displayed at the time of the relevant transaction. pk32 reserves the right to modify supported payment methods upon reasonable notice to players.

pk32 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using eligible games as specified in the promotion. Certain games — particularly high-RTP slots and certain live-dealer tables — may be excluded from wagering contribution or may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times will be treated as a breach of these terms.
• No Cash Value: Bonus funds have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. pk32 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines the bonus was claimed in breach of these terms.
• Right to Withdraw Offers: pk32 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the modification does not affect a bonus already credited to a player's account in good standing.

All casino games available on the pk32 platform — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, slots, live dealer games, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and video poker variants — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live-dealer infrastructure provided by licensed game suppliers. RNG systems are subject to independent third-party testing and certification to ensure statistical randomness and fairness.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for pk32's slot games represent theoretical long-term return rates and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Variance in short-term results is an inherent characteristic of all gambling games.

pk32 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• A technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure has materially affected the outcome of the game.
• The bet was placed using funds that are under investigation for suspected fraudulent origin.
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions or the specific rules of the relevant game.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in pk32's server logs shall be the definitive record. pk32's technical records take precedence over any information displayed on the player's device in the event of a discrepancy caused by transmission or display errors.

The pk32 sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket — including PSL, international T20I, ODI, and Test matches — as well as football, UFC, and other selected sports. Specific betting rules for each sport are published in the pk32 Sports Rules section and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by pk32. Submission of a bet request does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance is confirmed when a bet reference number is issued to the player's account.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. pk32 displays the odds applicable at the time of acceptance. Any subsequent change in market odds does not affect a confirmed bet.
• Void Bets: A bet will be declared void where the underlying event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market's settlement condition is met, unless specific rules for the sport state otherwise.

• Obvious Errors: pk32 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.

pk32 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered pk32 players at no cost via the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that restrict the amount you may fund your account within the chosen period.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with pk32.
• Operating more than one pk32 account, or attempting to re-register following an account closure or self-exclusion.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, access the platform, or gain an advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or game malfunctions. pk32 requires players to report discovered errors immediately to [email protected]. Players who exploit known errors do so in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the pk32 platform for money laundering or any other purpose contrary to applicable law.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit transaction with your payment provider after the corresponding funds have been wagered on pk32.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening pk32 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel associated with the pk32 platform.
• Sharing your account credentials with, or allowing access to your account by, any third party for any purpose.

All content on the pk32 platform — including but not limited to the pk32 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, data compilations, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk32 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk32 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any portion of the pk32 platform or its content without the prior written consent of pk32.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the pk32 platform.
• Create derivative works based on any pk32 content or branding materials.
• Use the pk32 name, logo, or brand in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation with pk32 without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of pk32's intellectual property may result in account closure and may expose the offending party to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk32 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the pk32 platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses sustained through real-money play on any pk32 game or sportsbook market, irrespective of any technical issue, display error, or connectivity failure that may have influenced your betting decisions.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond pk32's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Loss of data or corruption of device software arising from your use of, or access to, the pk32 platform.
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, or USDT network operators.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to limit pk32's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law. pk32's aggregate liability to any individual player under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their pk32 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk32 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pk32.bet/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a pk32 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and communication of service updates and promotional offers where you have not opted out of such communications.

pk32 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or under the terms of pk32's gaming license.

Amendments: pk32 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the email address on record at least 14 days prior to taking effect, except where an immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Account Closure by Player: You may close your pk32 account at any time by contacting pk32 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable deductions under these Terms & Conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Account Suspension or Closure by pk32: pk32 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pk32 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your account activity presents a risk of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct.
• Continuing to provide services to you would expose pk32 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by pk32 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, pk32 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, forfeiture of the balance may apply.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk32 holds its international gaming license. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and pk32, you are encouraged to contact pk32 customer support in the first instance so that the matter may be resolved informally and promptly. pk32 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by pk32's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from pk32 support upon request.

Nothing in this clause limits your right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
